Recover My Files is unable to deterimine a file's NAME and instead appears to place files in the "lost files" directory with names such as "Recovered_FileType_n".
So, in my case, I ended up with files named

I downloaded this program off the GetData site, and after wasting about 6 hours of time over the past week, I have given up. I have never been able to get the program to even load and run, let alone try and recover my files off a crashed hard drive. I
