I was expecting a product rated as a "data recovery tool" to allow me to recover data following a disk failure. This product seems to have a VERY SPECIFIC niche, in that it ONLY finds data that has been DELETED. Once I determined that isolated focus, I found this product unusable for my purposes. The company was very responsive and issued an immediate credit, although my credit card company charged me for an international purchase for a product that I didn't actually buy. But that is a different issue. If you need to recover data you personally have DELETED and (also emptied from your recycle bin), then this product might work for you.
