Feature Set:  

Restorer2000 is missing a few features, this product doesn't support RAID disks, you aren't able to recover deleted emails and you can't recover files over a network. You can however, create an image of your hard drive for easier future data restoration.

Ease of Use:  

The screens designs for Restorer2000 are more difficult to use as compared to some of the other products out there—the opening screen consisting of your hard drive information and a few icons at the top of the screen.

We didn't experience any problems during the installation and setup of Restorer2000.

Recovery Effectiveness:  

Once we figured out how it worked, we were able to recovered every file that we searched for with this product.

Search Capabilities:  

With Restorer2000 you are only allowed to search for your recovered files by the file type or by looking in every folder individually.

To improve in this category we feel BitMart should add the ability to search for a file by the actual name of the file, that way the search engine will go to the exact spot instead of just narrowing down the options.

Help/Documentation:  

The help documentation BitMart Inc. provides for Restorer2000 is excellent; through its FAQs section, built-in help section and email support, we were able to find the answers to all the questions that we were looking for.

Restorer2000 by BitMart Inc. is decent data recovery software that simply lacks the features and user-friendly design needed to compete in today's data recovery market.
